I’m having fun experimenting with making my own fonts, infact there’s nearly as much work in the writing as in the picture (except the letters will be able to be reused). Maybe I can use this design for a birthday card sometime?
This is SO cute and would make the perfect birthday card! You’re not kidding when you
you said how much work fonts are. I wonder if people realize how long it takes to do every
step in an illustration. Especially when you are interupted and have to start and stop and
move back into the flow…mine often is at night-when I should be resting for the early am
clock going off and work. When the illustration is done though I am always so pleased.
I love the different colors you used in this, I can’t figure out which animal I like best!
